The Schedule Since our programs are designed for working professionals and students, we operate when they're free:Weekdays: From 8:00 PM onwards. Weekends: Anytime during the day. What you'll do You're the bridge between the faculty and the students. You'll be on the front lines making sure no one gets left behind. Real-time support: Answer student questions via text while the faculty is teaching.Live doubt clearing: Lead Zoom sessions to walk students through tough concepts. 1-1 Mentoring: Connect with students individually to help them solve specific problems. Grading: Review assignments and projects. You'll need to give feedback that actually helps them improve. Batch health: You're our eyes and ears. You'll tell us how the students are really doing, what's working, and what we need to fix to make the course better.Technical Skills&Subject Knowledge Role Since this is an Analytics-focused role, we're looking for someone who lives and breathes data. Whether you're a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or Data Scientist, you should be a pro in: The Fundamentals: Advanced Excel (pivots, lookups, and data modeling). Databases: SQL (joining tables, complex queries, and data extraction).Programming: Python or R (specifically for data manipulation). Data Analysis: Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA), Statistical Analysis, and Hypothesis Testing. Visualization: Creating clear insights using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Python libraries (Pandas, Matplotlib, Seaborn).
