The Senior Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the design and development of mechanical components and systems, utilizing Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software, and managing projects from concept to completion. Additionally, responsibilities include conducting research and development to improve processes and product performance, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and specifications.Qualifications Proficiency in Mechanical Engineering concepts and Machine Design Advanced expertise in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software and related tools Experience with Project Management, including the ability to oversee and execute projects on time and within budget Strong skills in Research and Development (R&D) for product innovation and process improvements Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent verbal and written communication abilities A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is required; a Master's degree is preferred Experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry is a strong advantage
