Key Responsibilities : Greet and seat guests warmly; ensure a courteous farewell. Manage table reservations and seating arrangements efficiently. Deliver timely service in line with defined standards. Maintain strong knowledge of the menu, ingredients, and presentation. Communicate professionally with guests and team; handle calls with proper etiquette.Assist guests with menu selections and address queries confidently. Serve food and beverages correctly, enthusiastically, and as per service standards. Set tables according to event requirements and SOPs. Coordinate with the kitchen on menu availability, wait times, and special requests. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience.Handle clearing, billing, POS closing, and accurate cash/card reconciliation. Ensure cleanliness and organization of front and back-of-house areas. Implement brand standards and operational SOPs consistently. Support team performance and coach junior staff. Complete shift duties, inventory checks, and any tasks assigned by management.Qualifications : Strong interpersonal, communication, and team management skills Experience in hospitality or food and beverage service, with a focus on creating exceptional guest experiences Proficiency in staff training, conflict resolution, and improving service efficiency Attention to detail, multitasking abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solvingKnowledge of Burmese cuisine or experience in specialty dining is a plus Previous leadership experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting is highly desirable Fluency in English and knowledge of regional languages will be an advantage Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration, or relevant field preferred
