The Lead Generation Executive will be responsible for identifying and generating high-quality leads, conducting market research, and initiating outreach to prospective international clients.The role involves building a strong pipeline of opportunities across services such as AI/ML solutions, web and app development, UI/UX design, and branding. The individual will work closely with the core team to support business growth by connecting with founders, startups, and decision-makers globally.Key Responsibilities Identify and generate qualified leads across international markets (US, UK, UAE, Europe, etc.) Conduct market research to identify target companies, industries, and decision-makers Execute outreach via LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold outreach, and online communitiesBuild and maintain a consistent and scalable lead pipeline Qualify prospects and coordinate with internal teams for conversion Track and manage lead interactions and progress Target Service Areas AI / ML Solutions Web Development (MERN, Next.js) Mobile App Development UI/UX Design Branding&Graphic Design Qualifications Proven ability or strong interest in Lead Generation and Market Research Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with international clients Basic understanding of sales processes and digital services (tech/design/AI) Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach, email tools, or CRM platforms is a plusPrior experience in B2B lead generation or international client acquisition is preferred Self-motivated with a results-driven and proactive mindset Ability to work independently in a remote environment Compensation 100% Commission-Based (High Earning Potential) Attractive commission per successful dealNo cap on earnings— performance-driven rewards Additional Information This role is ideal for freelancers, students, or professionals looking to build experience in international business development while earning based on performance.
