Role: Bengali Content Writer– Remote Job Type: Part-Time Contract Location: Remote (Work From Home) Compensation: Up to $7.5 USD/hr, paid weekly About the Role: Help bring real human voices to AI training. We are hiring native Bangla speakers, voice actors, performers, content creators, and naturally expressive individuals, to record voice samples that train the next generation of AI systems to understand tone, emotion, and natural speech.What You'll Do: Record short audio and/or video clips in Bangla across different tones, emotions, and styles Read scripted prompts with natural delivery, varying emphasis, pacing, and emotional range Participate in solo recordings and interactive conversations on everyday topics Submit high-quality recordings with minimal background noise, clipping, or distortionReview and provide peer feedback on recordings made by other contributors What We're Looking For: Native fluency in Bangla Strong vocal expression and emotional range Quiet, distraction-free recording environment Access to a high-fidelity microphone (condenser or USB microphone preferred)Clear pronunciation and engaging vocal tone Nice to Have (Not Mandatory): Voice-over, dubbing, narration, or radio jockey experience Theater, improv, or on-stage acting background Classical vocal training, singing, or public speaking experience Podcasting or content creation experience Professional-grade microphone setup (audio interface, pop filter, soundproofing)What You Get: Hourly compensation up to USD $7.50, depending on language, expertise, and project requirements Performance-based incentives available for top contributors Payments issued weekly via supported payout platforms (e.g., PayPal, AirTM) Full compensation details provided prior to task acceptanceEqual Opportunity Employer: Selection decisions are based solely on skills, qualifications, and project requirements.
