Job Summary: The Sales Manager– C&D will be responsible for driving sales of recycled construction materials derived from Construction&Demolition (C&D) waste. The role involves developing business opportunities, building strong relationships with contractors, builders, infrastructure companies, and government bodies, and promoting sustainable construction solutions. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to promote recycled C&D products such as aggregates, sand, blocks, and other construction materials. Identify and generate new business opportunities in construction, infrastructure, and real estate sectors. Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, builders, developers, and government authorities. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.Conduct site visits, client meetings, and product presentations. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and MIS updates. Ensure customer satisfaction and handle post-sales support. Key Requirements: Education: Graduate / MBA (Preferred)Experience: 5–10 years in sales (preferably in construction materials, recycling industry) Strong understanding of construction industry and materials. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and achieve targets. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.Preferred Skills: Experience in selling recycled or sustainable construction products. Knowledge of C&D waste management processes. Strong network within construction and infrastructure sector.
