Communication&Graphic Design Intern, Mumbai

Are you passionate about translating brand strategy into strong, consistent visual assets across social media, website, packaging, and key brand touchpoints We're looking for a Graphics&Communication Design Intern with a strong grasp of fashion aesthetics, storytelling, and visual clarity. This role is intended for candidates who have studied Fashion Communication or Communication Design (NIFT or equivalent). Applications outside this background will not be considered. This is not a surface-level internship. You will help build visual systems, not just one-off designs. You'll work closely with the founder, brand strategist, and content interns to shape how the brand looks, feels, and communicates across platforms.Key Responsibilities Designing social media assets for posts, carousels, reels and stories, and supporting content interns with clean layouts and visual hierarchy Maintaining visual consistency across platforms by creating and using reusable templates, layouts, and a simple design system Designing packaging and unboxing elements including inserts, care cards, stickers, and small brand ephemera, while keeping cost and production feasibility in mindCreating product and campaign communication visuals such as launch graphics, 'how to wear it' assets, and transformability explanations Preparing organized, production-ready files for print use and maintaining clear asset organization for easy collaboration What You Will Gain Direct mentorship from the founders and brand strategistReal-world experience with a growing fashion brand Portfolio-worthy work across social, web, and packaging Creative ownership and input Requirements Background in Fashion Communication (NIFT Junior/ Senior or equivalent) / Graphic Design Strong sense of layout, typography, and visual storytellingExperience with packaging design Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Suite (Figma is a plus) Interest in fashion, jewelry, branding, and culture Ability to take feedback and iterate quickly Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented How to Apply We'd love to see: Your Resume Portfolio (PDF or website)
