Based in SF and Hyderabad, we are a young, fast-moving team on a mission to build AI for Good, driving innovation and positive societal impact.About the Role: You will analyze reasoning in mechanics, electromagnetism, thermodynamics, and quantum physics. The role requires evaluating multi-step derivations and physics intuition. Ideal for candidates with strong foundational physics training. Responsibilities: Annotate and label physics problems, solutions, explanations, and research-style content to support supervised learning and RLHF pipelines.Review and validate AI-generated responses involving physical laws, mathematical derivations, simulations, and experimental interpretations. Evaluate step-by-step reasoning for accuracy, logical consistency, unit correctness, and adherence to physical principles. Analyze and tag errors related to assumptions, approximations, boundary conditions, and misuse of formulas or constants.Create and refine annotation guidelines to ensure consistency and high-quality labeling across datasets. Collaborate with AI researchers and engineers to improve model performance in physics reasoning and scientific problem solving. Skills&Experience Required: BSc/MSc in Physics or Engineering Physics Strong understanding of mechanics, EM, thermo, and quantum fundamentals Ability to validate multi-step physics calculations Skilled in multi-step derivations, physical intuition, and conceptual reasoning.
