EduJunior aims to empower students by preparing them for future challenges and promoting holistic development on a global scale.Role Description This is a remote internship role for a Telecaller. The Telecaller will be responsible for reaching out to schools, students, and parents to promote EduJunior's programs. Daily tasks include making outbound calls, explaining the benefits of Olympiads and competitions, assisting with the registration process, addressing inquiries, and maintaining accurate records of client interactions. The role also involves collaborating with team members to achieve outreach targets and foster strong relationships with educational stakeholders.Qualifications Strong verbal communication skills and ability to articulate information clearly Customer engagement skills, including active listening and problem-solving Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and data management Ability to work independently and meet targets in a remote, collaborative environmentPrevious experience in customer service, sales, or education-related roles is a plus Enthusiasm for education and a passion for empowering students
