About The Role We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Digital Content Designer to join the team . The role requires someone who can translate brand narratives into impactful digital experiences across platforms. You will collaborate with marketing, product, and design teams to craft engaging visual assets that drive consumer engagement and strengthen the GCPL brand.Key Responsibilities Develop digital-first design assets for social media, websites, e-commerce, and campaigns. Design visually compelling graphics, animations, and layouts aligned with GCPL brand guidelines. Work closely with copywriters, marketers, and product teams to deliver integrated content.Create storyboards, mockups, and prototypes for digital campaigns. Support video editing, motion graphics, and GIF creation. Ensure consistency of visual language across all digital touchpoints. Stay updated on design trends, tools, and innovations to push creative boundaries Education Bachelor's or master's degree in communication, Design, Advertising, or a related field.Experience Professional experience in digital design/content creation. A portfolio showcasing digital-first design work. Key Skills Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and Figma/Sketch. Strong understanding of digital platforms, responsive design, and user experience basics.Motion graphics and video editing skills are a strong plus. Awareness of how AI can be leveraged for content generation, automation, and rapid prototyping.
