Key Responsibilities Front Office&Guest Management Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a courteous and professional manner Ensure a positive first impression aligned with corporate image standards Coordinate guest arrivals and notify hosts/sponsors immediately Follow up with hosts when guests are not attended to promptlyVisitor&Access Control Issue visitor badges, temporary cards, service badges, and access cards Ensure proper authorization for visitor entry as per security protocols Verify visitor identity including government ID and laptop registration where required Track and ensure return of all ID/access cards from stakeholdersMaintain visitor logs and ensure accurate record keeping Safety&Compliance Conduct safety briefings for visitors, clients, and interview candidates Share emergency and safety guidelines as per company standards Ensure strict adherence to client safety and security protocols Participate in emergency evacuation, crisis management, and business continuity proceduresFront Office Operations Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of lobby, lifts, and public areas Coordinate with night shift teams for seamless visitor management and badge readiness Maintain daily reconciliation and shredding of visitor badges Assist visitors with special needs, including accessibility supportCommunication&Coordination Handle visitor/client complaints and feedback and escalate as per defined matrix Coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders and front office teams Support taxi booking and transport coordination when required Ensure smooth communication between guests and internal teams
