Warehouse Manager Roles and Responsibilities of a Warehouse Manager . Maintain accurate inventory of thousands of SKUs ( Automobile Spare parts, etc.). . Ensure ABC classification based on movement and value. . Maintain optimal inventory levels to avoid stock-outs and overstocking. . Monitor aging, dead inventory, obsolete stock, and seasonal demand. . Implement cycle counting, bin accuracy, and root‑cause analysis for discrepancies. .
