Warehouse Manager (CSV / Validation Focus), Mumbai

A leading company in the Logistics&Supply Chain industry is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager with strong exposure to Computer System Validation (CSV) to support validation, compliance, and system qualification activities within a regulated warehousing environment. The role will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure systems and processes meet regulatory and operational standards.Key Roles&Responsibilities Draft and maintain the Validation Plan in line with project and regulatory requirements Perform and document Risk Analysis for warehouse systems and processes Draft User Requirements Specifications (URS) Develop and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) test casesDraft IQ/OQ protocols and supporting validation documentation Prepare and finalize IQ/OQ reports Draft functional description procedures for system interfaces Verify and review UST test results Facilitate and lead project follow-up workshops with internal stakeholders Ensure compliance with validation standards and internal quality proceduresWork closely with IT, Quality, and Operations teams throughout the project lifecycle Project Role Computer System Validation (CSV) Engineer / Lead (Warehouse Systems) Technologies&Methodologies VMP (Validation Master Plan) Commissioning&Qualification (C&Q) Risk Analysis methodologies Regulated system validation frameworks Qualifications&Experience Experience in warehouse operations within logistics or regulated environments Strong hands-on experience in Computer System Validation (CSV) Excellent documentation and validation protocol writing skills Experience facilitating workshops and cross-functional collaboration Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards is a plusPro5 is a global platform helping thousands of vetted professionals get hired by top employers.
