The role focuses on electrical architecture design, PLC/control systems integration, and end-to-end product development . Key Responsibilities Design and review electrical schematics for battery packs, battery modules, and EV charging systemsDevelop high-voltage (HV) and low-voltage (LV) electrical and control architectures Design busbars for high-current battery applications Design and support wire harness systems, including conductor sizing, connector selection, and routing Manage cable routing within enclosures ensuring creepage and clearance compliancePerform electronic component selection (connectors, relays, fuses, sensors, protection devices) Lead end-to-end product development lifecycle from concept to production Collaborate with cross-functional teams for 3D integration using SolidWorks Conduct design reviews, DFA/DFM, validation, testing, debugging, and stack-up analysisEnsure compliance with UL, IEC, ANSI, ISO, NEC, NFPA standards Prepare and maintain electrical schematics, PLC documentation, as-built drawings, and technical reports Required Skills Electrical Design&Controls Engineering Battery Pack / Energy Storage Systems / EV Charging Infrastructure High Voltage (HV)&Low Voltage (LV) Systems PLC Programming&Controls (Allen-Bradley, Siemens) Wire Harness Design&Cable Routing Busbar Design&Power Distribution AutoCAD Electrical, SolidWorks Electrical Design Validation, Testing&Debugging Knowledge of global electrical standards and safety compliance Educational Qualification B.E. / M.E. in Electrical Engineering Instrumentation Engineering Mechatronics Controls Engineering Additional Requirements Strong experience in product development lifecycle (concept to production)Hands-on experience in EV domain (Battery Pack / Charging Systems) preferred Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills
