General Maintenance Technician, Mumbai

Primary Responsibilities: Perform planned and unplanned maintenance on various systems, including air-conditioning, electrical, refrigeration, fire and life safety equipment, plumbing, and kitchen and laundry equipment. Maintain guest rooms, F&B outlets, function areas, and front/back of house facilities. Communicate with engineering management regarding potential improvements and service disruptions. Implement safe work practices, efficient methods, and proper preventative maintenance and repair procedures. Develop skills through training and hands-on experience.Comply with hotel and department policies and procedures at all times. Be fully conversant with hotel fire&life safety and emergency procedures. Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene. Perform other reasonable duties as assigned by the Management of the Hotel. Diploma/ Graduation Trade Certificate or a minimum of 1 year of relevant hands on experience in area of expertise
