Attach this together with your updated CV to become a priority applicant!Role : Logistics Coordinator Work Arrangement : Work from Home Location : India - Bangalore Schedule : Night shift Job description: Key Responsibilities Track and trace shipments in real-time, ensuring on-time pickup and delivery Communicate with drivers, dispatchers, and carriers to monitor load progressBuild, update, and manage loads within a Transportation Management System (TMS) Proactively identify and resolve service issues (delays, breakdowns, missed appointments) Update internal systems and provide accurate status updates to customers and internal teams Maintain consistent communication via Microsoft Teams (daily check-ins and working in a team atmosphere)Ensure all shipment data (PODs, timestamps, notes) is accurate and complete Assist with appointment scheduling and load planning as needed Support billing accuracy by ensuring proper documentation is captured Key Traits for Success Sense of urgency and accountability Strong organizational skillsAbility to work independently in a remote setting Customer-focused mindset Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace What We Offer Long-term remote opportunity Competitive compensation based on experience Growth opportunity within a fast-growing logistics operation Exposure to high-volume, technology-driven freight environmentWork Schedule 8 hours per day Start time between 6:00 AM– 6:00 PM CST (flexible within this window as assigned) Must attend daily Microsoft Teams call for alignment and and working with a team.
