The company is committed to providing comfort, convenience, and memorable experiences for its guests.We are looking for a Maintenance Executive, especially Electrician And Plumber for locations such as Alibaug, Karjat, Lonavla, Goa, Ooty, Panchgani, Igatpuri Job Description: -Inspecting facilities periodically to determine problems and necessary maintenance -Preparing weekly maintenance schedules and align with allocation of work.-Inspect facilities periodically to determine problems and necessary maintenance -Coordinate during maintenance installations, repairs or maintenance (electricians, plumbers etc.) -Execute maintenance&repairs of work. -Contribute to the development of maintenance budget and ensure compliance. -Monitor inventory of materials and equipment. -Timely reporting&daily update on slack&WhatsApp on necessary groups. -Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations Pay: Up to 25,000.00 per month Experience: total work: 1 year (Preferred)
