Job Title : Social Media Executive Job Location : Mumbai Experience : 02 -04 years only Role Overview : As a Social Media Executive at edept, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our digital presence. We are on the lookout for a dynamic individual with a minimum of 2 years of experience either from an agency background or working directly with a brand. This central role involves managing our social media channels, overseeing social media management agencies, and ensuring our brand shines across various platforms.Responsibilities: 1. Social Media Strategy : Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the company's goals. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency in messaging across all platforms. 2. Agency Management : Oversee and manage the relationship with our social media management agency.Track and ensure Key Result Areas (KRAs) are met for optimal performance. 3. Online Reputation Management (ORM) : Monitor and manage our online reputation across all social media platforms. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring a positive brand image. 4. Platform Proficiency :Demonstrate proficiency in all major social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.). Stay updated on industry trends and changes, adapting strategies accordingly. 5. Community Building : Actively engage in building communities on platforms like Quora. Foster a sense of belonging and interaction within our social media communities.6. Content Creation : Conceptualize&shoot engaging content, including reels of students and testimonials. Qualifications&Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management, either from an agency background or brand side with agency management experience. Proficiency in major social media platforms and tools. Strong communication skills and the ability to think creatively. Knowledge of Canva, Inshots, and video shooting/editing.Self-motivated with strong attention to detail&ability to multitask Strong command over English language&grammar Willing to occasionally travel if required. Educational Qualification : Graduate/PG Diploma in Mass Communication.
