We are a young team with average age Huge career growth opportunities with great learning experience Job Description We are looking for a dynamic, energetic and strategic In House Psychologist/Operations Executive to drive key initiatives which enhance our relevance for the two segments we serve– Consumers&Businesses. You will be responsible for end to end psychology practise with Positivty and act as a bridge between us and our onboarded Psychologists. You will leverage tools including social media, community outreach, and partnership development to help grow our customer base and establish our presence. This role requires a creative, hands-on approach to day to day operations and relationship-building. The ideal candidate will have multi-year hands on experience in conceptualising, planning and executing high impact therapy programs with demonstrated results. You will work collaboratively with our Business Development, SEO, Communities, Insights as well as Technology Platform teams.Job Overview You will have two key areas of responsibility, Operations As part of your responsibilities managing day to day operations for Positivty, you will:• Act as a close liaison between Positivty and our existing Psychologists who have been onboarded in the past, ensuring their needs are being met.• Follow up with each of the Psychologist's to update their certifications, published works, calendars etc • You will ensure all Psychologists on our platform are qualified and authorised to offer their services. If required in the jurisdictions they operate in, you will ensure they have validlicenses to practice• You will keep them abreast with the latest happenings in Positivty including our outreach efforts, new features&capabilities of our platform etc• You will organise periodic training sessions for them to familiarise them on these new features and point out the benefits that accrue to them by leveraging these capabilities • Encourage them to offer innovative products/ packages on our platform so their services are well received by the target audience• Additionally, you will identify and onboard highly capable and well known Psychologists across key cities encouraging them to offer their services on our platform • Working with Marketing, you will collaborate with willing Psychologists to work with us across multiple activities some of whichinclude participation in our webinars as panellists, co-author articles and blogs, feature on our social media platforms, participate in B2B customer presentations etc.In-House Psychologist In this area, your responsibilities will include but not limited to:• Act as an in-house expert on the subject of psychology ensuring our entire thought process is based on scientific principles • Provide inputs on our existing offerings, and their related communications, making them better and more relevant for our target audience• Participate in Customer solicitations, when needed, so the customer can hear your expert opinion on matters of interest • Conceptualise new services that can be introduced, both in B2B&B2C. Examples of such services include marriage counselling, adolescent support etc• Discuss your proposals with other team members and our Psychologists to refine such new offerings and make them ready to take to market • Conduct competitive analysis to evaluate what other brands are offering, tweaking your proposal accordingly• Collaborate with Technology&Marketing teams, amongst other functions to launch these products in the market• Track adoption of such new offerings refining them to ensure success Requirements • A Masters Degree in Psychology from a reputed institute • 2-3 years work experience as a Psychologist, either in private practise or as part of a clinic/ hospital• Excellent written and oral communication skills • Adept at using Office suite : Word, PowerPoint, Excel • Team player and willing to work in a fast-paced environment
