With bases in San Francisco and Hyderabad, we build AI technologies that enhance productivity and societal growth.About the Role: We are looking for an Embedded Systems Developer (C/C++) to support AI training and evaluation projects for global technology companies. You will review, annotate, and validate AI-generated embedded code and system-level solutions , helping improve AI models used for low-level and hardware-adjacent engineering tasks.In this role, you will ensure AI systems produce safe, efficient, and production-grade embedded solutions . Responsibilities: Review AI-generated C/C++ embedded systems code for correctness, efficiency, and safety. Annotate and validate solutions involving microcontrollers, RTOS, device drivers, and low-level firmware .Identify bugs related to memory management, interrupts, timing constraints, and hardware interfaces . Guide AI models toward deterministic, real-time, and resource-efficient implementations . Collaborate in building high-quality embedded systems datasets aligned with industry and hardware standards.Requirements: Strong experience in C/C++ for embedded systems development . Hands-on experience with microcontrollers (ARM, AVR, ESP, etc.) and bare-metal or RTOS environments. Solid understanding of memory, interrupts, peripherals, and hardware-software interaction . Ability to read schematics, datasheets, and low-level documentation.Experience with debugging tools (JTAG, logic analyzers, debuggers) is a plus. Teaching, mentoring, or documentation experience is a bonus. NOTE: Pay will vary by project and typically is up to 1500 per hour.
