Job Summary The Lead Business Systems Analyst functionally leads a team of Business Systems Analysts who develop business and functional work products to support new projects and existing applications for the organization. He/She plans Business Systems Analysis (BSA) teamwork, allocates resources to projects, and reviews work products to ensure quality and adherence to organizational standards.This position guides project teams to achieve quality deliverables. He/She mediates conflicts to ensure successful team dynamics and to mitigate risks (e.g., projects progress, successful completion, etc.). This position provides leadership in the development of BSA work products, standards, process improvements, and defect resolution.He/She leads Information Services (I.S.) projects to ensure the completion of deliverables for small projects or components of larger projects. The Lead Business Systems Analyst determines the impact and integration of solutions to business processes and systems. He/She serves as a liaison between the business community and I.S. This position research industry best practices, standards, trends, tools, methodologies, emerging technologies, and techniques.The Lead Business Systems Analyst collaborates with stakeholders and senior management to establish and implement processes that enhance efficiency and improve work products for the enterprise. This position assists junior team members with project related activities and tasks. Primary Skills: Mobile Product Owner Lead BAThis Mobile Product Owner position is to support the Mobile iOS and Android Scrum teams.The Product Owner is responsible for supporting business, customers, and internal stakeholders, as well as for projects and initiatives throughout the Agile development life cycle. They verify and monitor production support inquiries. Acts as Agile Product Owner for Mobile iOS and Android Scrum teamsResponsible for maintaining the team backlog Creates and writes User Stories from requirements or stakeholder feedback Interfaces with internal and external customers, teams, and associates Delivers production support Provides business process support for internal and external customers Collaborates with information systems and business stakeholdersInteracts with Product Manager and assist in Scaled Agile Program Increments Qualifications: Must be able to anticipate problems and develop risk mitigation plans Experience with Agile Methodologies and SAFe Agile practices Must have the ability to manage and complete multiple tasks with minimal oversightPossess strong organizational and time management skills along with excellent communication Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is a must and experience with TFS Secondary Skills Experince: Project Place and FIGMA (not required) 7-12 years (Middle Tier - Senior/Leads)
