Department: Supply Chain / Logistics About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly driven Senior Executive – Logistics & Supply Chain Operations to manage end-to-end logistics coordination with a strong focus on import/export documentation, shipment tracking, vendor coordination, MIS reporting, invoicing, and cost analysis. The role requires hands-on experience in logistics operations, supply chain processes, documentation compliance, and data management to ensure seamless movement of goods and operational efficiency across the supply chain network. Key Responsibilities Import & Export Operations
- Handle end-to-end import/export documentation including invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, BOE, BL/AWB, certificates, customs-related documents, and compliance paperwork.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHA agents, transporters, vendors, and internal stakeholders for timely shipment movement and clearance.
- Monitor shipment schedules, transit timelines, and delivery status to ensure smooth execution.
- Ensure adherence to customs regulations, statutory requirements, and company compliance processes. Logistics & Supply Chain Management
- Manage daily logistics operations including transportation planning, dispatch coordination, and inventory movement tracking.
- Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, finance, and operations teams for seamless supply chain execution.
- Track shipment performance, delays, damages, shortages, and escalate operational issues proactively.
- Support optimization of logistics processes, TAT improvement, and operational efficiency initiatives. Documentation & Vendor Management
- Maintain accurate logistics documentation, shipment records, and audit-ready files.
- Coordinate with logistics vendors and transport partners for rate negotiations, service quality, and issue resolution.
- Process vendor invoices, freight bills, and reconciliation in coordination with the finance team.
- Ensure timely invoice verification, GRN coordination, and payment tracking. MIS, Reporting & Cost Analysis
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports related to logistics performance, shipment status, transportation costs, and vendor performance.
- Analyze logistics costs, freight trends, and operational data to identify savings opportunities and process improvements.
- Maintain dashboards and data accuracy for operational reviews and management reporting.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost-control initiatives within logistics operations. Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Commerce, or related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in logistics, supply chain operations, import/export documentation, or transportation management.
- Solid understanding of shipping documentation, customs processes, and freight operations.
- Good knowledge of MIS reporting, Excel, data analysis, and invoice reconciliation.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems and logistics tracking tools preferred.
- Strong coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-volume operational environment. Key Skills
