Requirements Role and Responsibilities:


- Design, develop, and maintain robust web applications using React, Node.js, and TypeScript.


- Collaborate closely with designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality features.


- Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.


- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services using Node.js.


- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry standards.


- Mentor junior developers, and foster a culture of technical excellence.


- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability and ensure adherence to security and compliance standards


- Contribute to technical decision-making.


- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software.


- Interface with business and IT teams to understand business requirements and translate business requirements into formal technical requirements and application code.


- Work with IT support teams (DBA, server teams) to ensure support and project requirements are developed and successfully implemented


- Provide Solution Delivery Methodology artefacts associated with application components.

Skills & Competencies:


- Advanced proficiency in React.js, including hooks, Redux, state management, and component lifecycle.


- Strong experience with Node.js for backend development, API creation, and integration.


- Deep knowledge of TypeScript, including static typing, interfaces, and best practices.


- Solid understanding of modern software design patterns and best practices.
