THRS is looking for a top-of-the line skilled to manage reservations, provide excellent customer service, and sell luxury tourism brands. Key Responsibilities Manage reservations, including booking accommodations, transportation, dining, and activities for clients Ensure customer satisfaction by promptly addressing inquiries, requests, and concerns in a professional and courteous manner Provide excellent customer service throughout the entire customer journey, from initial contact to post-trip follow-up Actively promote and upsell luxury tourism brands represented by THRS to clients Maintain up-to-date knowledge of THRS clients and their offerings to provide accurate information and recommendations to clients Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate seamless experiences for clients Assist with administrative tasks related to reservations and client communication

Position Requisites

Bachelors degree in hospitality studies or a related field Relevant experience in managing reservations and ensuring customer satisfaction in the hospitality industry Demonstrated sales skills with a proven track record of achieving sales targets or upselling services Ability to work well under pressure in a rapid-paced workplace Proficient in computer systems and reservation management Experience working for luxury tourism brands is a plus Excellent communication and customer service skills Luxury, lifestyle, and travel industry experience is preferred
