Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Project Manager to lead high-rise residential construction projects. The candidate must have strong expertise in Mivan construction technology and should have independently handled projects of G+35 to G+40 structures from planning to handover.

The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, site execution, client coordination, manpower management, and project monitoring skills with a focus on quality, safety, and timely completion.

Key Responsibilities Overall responsibility for execution and management of high-rise residential projects. Planning, monitoring, and controlling project activities as per timelines and budgets. Managing complete Mivan construction activities at site. Coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal departments. Ensuring quality standards, safety compliance, and site discipline. Monitoring daily progress and resolving technical/site execution issues. Managing manpower, subcontractors, and material planning effectively. Reviewing DPRs, project schedules, billing status, and site productivity. Conducting regular meetings with site teams and stakeholders. Ensuring timely project completion with proper resource utilization.

Required Skills & Qualifications B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering. 1418+ years of experience in construction industry. Mandatory experience in Mivan technology projects. Must have handled High-Rise Buildings of G+35 to G+40. Solid knowledge of RCC, finishing, project planning, and execution. Positive leadership, communication, and team management skills. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and site operations efficiently.
