Job Title: Product Coordinator & Junior Merchandiser – Jewelry Industry
Location : Mumbai (in office)
Work Expereince : 1–4 years
Salary: CTC: Up to ₹5 Lakhs per annum
About The Role A growing organization in the jewelry industry is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Product Coordinator & Junior Merchandiser to support product development, sampling coordination, and order management processes. This role is ideal for candidates with strong jewelry product knowledge who can effectively coordinate between internal teams, factories, and merchandising operations to ensure smooth workflow execution.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent coordination skills, strong communication abilities, and hands-on experience with merchandising activities within the jewelry sector.
Key Responsibilities Coordinate with factories for product development (PD) activities Manage communication between merchandising and production teams for sampling and order processing Track product workflows and ensure timely execution Handle customer order-related queries and updates Maintain product and order records accurately Support day-to-day merchandising coordination activities Assist in ensuring quality and timely delivery of samples/orders
Required Skills & Qualifications Prior experience in the jewelry industry is mandatory Strong understanding of jewelry products and merchandising processes Good coordination and communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Knowledge of Canva or similar design/support tools preferred Ability to multitask and manage timelines effectively Detail-oriented with good organizational skills Key Requirements: Solid product knowledge, mandatory from the jewelry industry Expertise in Microsoft Software, Canva.
