Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role for a Customer Insights Director. The successful candidate will lead the development and implementation of customer insights strategies to drive decision-making and business growth.

Responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing customer behavior, deriving actionable business insights, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement findings. The role involves a solid focus on using data to inform strategic decisions and improve customer experiences.

Qualifications Proven expertise in Business Insights, with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies. Solid Market Analysis and Market Research skills to understand industry trends and customer needs effectively. Exceptional Analytical Skills to interpret data and present insights in explicit and impactful ways. In-depth knowledge and experience in Customer Insight to enhance customer experience and satisfaction. Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Proficiency in data analytics tools and platforms is preferred. Experience in the construction or infrastructure industry is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
