We are looking for Customer Relations Representative in Mumbai, India.

In this role, you will be responsible for: Be the face of JustCo Greet members, visitors, and guests while managing entry access and conducting centre tours. Handle queries about our products, services, and offerings across multiple channels (front desk, email, phone). Facilitate smooth move-in and move-out experiences for members, ensuring their workspace setup is seamless. Oversee daily centre operations, including cleanliness, maintenance, and managing shared spaces like pantries and meeting rooms. Support administrative tasks such as front desk duties, courier services, invoicing, and payment processing. Participate in community events and initiatives that foster a dynamic and engaging work environment.

Pre-requisites for this role include: Minimum 2 year of experience in customer service, ideally within 5-star Hotel, the serviced office or hospitality sector. Solid communication skills in English and the local language. Friendly, energetic, and service-oriented with a passion for building communities. Proficiency in MS Office with a keen eye for detail. A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
