Key Responsibilities
. Coordinate pickup, dispatch, and delivery operations with courier partners
. Track shipments and aging cases; ensure adherence to TAT and
SLA
. Handle exceptions, delays, and escalations with logistics partners
. Maintain and update MIS, trackers, and reports (Excel / Google Sheets)
. Follow up on pending cases, RTO, and reattempts and reverse logistics
