- Assist in planning and coordinating FTV events from start to finish .
- Support the team in managing event logistics, tracking vendors, and maintaining timelines .
- Help coordinate with creative, styling, and design teams to gather requirements .
- Provide on-ground support during event setup, rehearsals, and live execution .
- Ensure all branding materials and event assets are in place as per guidelines .
- Assist in handling minor in office issues and escalate larger problems to the senior team .
- Facilitate communication and coordination between internal teams .
- Help prepare post-event documentation, checklists, and summary reports . Key Responsibility Areas
