As a Video Editor at Routed, you will create engaging, social-first video content for creators and brands, shaping stories that connect with audiences across digital platforms. Key Responsibilities: Video Editing: Edit and assemble raw footage into engaging, high-quality videos for influencer campaigns, brand collaborations, social media platforms, content IPs, and marketing initiatives. Storytelling: Craft compelling narratives that align with creator personas, brand objectives, and platform-specific content styles. Post-Production: Enhance videos through color correction, sound design, motion graphics, captions, and visual effects to deliver polished final outputs. Collaboration: Work closely with creators, creative strategists, account managers, and internal teams to understand briefs and deliver content aligned with CreatorFlux’s creative vision. Platform Optimization: Adapt and optimize videos for various platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, Shorts, Reels, and other digital channels. Asset Management: Organize, maintain, and archive video assets, ensuring version control and easy accessibility. Trend Awareness: Stay updated on social media trends, creator formats, editing styles, and platform best practices to continuously elevate content quality. Time Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet tight deadlines, and maintain robust attention to detail. Qualifications & Skills: Experience: 3–5 years of professional video editing experience, preferably within influencer marketing, digital media, or content-driven environments.
