Configure and optimize Logic Monitor components such as logic modules, dashboards, alert rules, thresholds, group structures, and integrations. Onboard and manage monitoring for applications, services, websites, and infrastructure components to ensure comprehensive coverage. Troubleshoot and resolve monitoring issues quickly, ensuring minimal disruption to alerting accuracy and system observability. Collaborate with internal and external support teams to ensure effective delivery and continuous improvement of monitoring services.
