- Targeted Organizations: Nutra / Pharma A. Key Responsibilities (Deliverables):

- Formulating and designing new Nutritional/Dietary products or other sub-components or modifying the existing ones (Pellets development for Nutraceutical products /FBD/FBC/Liquid fill in hard capsule/Tablets/Capsules/Soft Gels/Powders, etc.) that results in a product that meets consumers needs and aligns with business priorities
- In-House Formulation Development or Co-Developing (with external partners) of Creative Nutrition products
- Conducting early research, literature search that conceptualizes, tests and analyzes the feasibility, design, operation and performance of product ideas, prototypes or concepts.
- Conducting, coordinating, documenting and interpreting data and technical outcomes of bench top and small-scale experiments furthering the understanding of product or concept robustness in preparation for larger scale experiments.
- Understand the usage and functions of Raw Materials used in the category effectively partnering with Marketing and Consumer product research to establish appropriate technical profiles to meet functional, aesthetic and product claims platforms and help them to present/demonstrate products to customers in support of key business strategies.
- Effectively interfacing with Regulatory Affairs, QA, and Clinical Research to establish appropriate technical profiles of products ensuring Quality by Design (QBD).
- Effectively coordinating and communicating with Supply Chain and Manufacturing ensuring smooth transfer of technology/process to the production scale.
- Conducting process development / plant trials to ensure process qualification and validation on new products.
- Maintaining and troubleshooting products in the field toward improvements to better meet design, function, processing, operation or sensory quality which enhances compliance or integrity standards.
- Wide-ranging knowledge of scale up and manufacturing and essential understanding about product quality and stability protocols B. KEY ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED:

1. Planning and Executing trials. 1. Planning for the internal trial for liquid fill encapsulation in hard capsule. 2. Planning for the customer trial for liquid fill encapsulation in hard capsule. 3. Preparation of protocol for different internal and external trials. 4. Arranging of material required for studies. 1. Planning and Executing of internal studies. 1. Evaluation of the capsules received from customer. 2. Evaluation of the formulation received from customer. 3. Data generation of capsule and formulation. 1. Root cause analysis of critical complains 1. Find out nature of complain with respect to formulation of capsules. 2. Suggesting formulation modifications wherever applicable. 3. Helping in reformulating the same if calls for major changes. 4. Data generation of complain. 1. Dissolution and Stability studies 1. Planning for the timely stability initiation. 2. Planning for the timely dissolution studies. 3. Data generation on dissolution for internal study. 4. Support to customer for dissolution complains. 1. Miscellaneous activity in application lab. 1. Maintain 1S,2S activity in lab. 2. Maintain record of different internal and external customer. 3.
