- HR PURPOSE OF THE ROLE " The role involves processing payroll inputs, maintaining payroll and compensation MIS, managing HR-related activities, and ensuring smooth execution of payroll operations and related responsibilities. The candidate will also be required to handle HR generalist responsibilities as part of a dual-role profile. JOB SPECIFICATIONS EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION : Commerce Graduate with post-graduation in Human Resource management (if Possibile RELEVANT EXPERIENCE: Min 5
- 6 years of Experience in Human Resources (especially in Payroll processing & compliances) Responsibilities: 1 End to end processing of all employees' payroll & support HR operations team 2 Maintenance of Human Resource Information System & leave records & on time submission of reports & data to all internal stakeholders 3 Coordination with all process owners for Payroll inputs in terms of bonus payments & other relevant allowances 4 Ensuring timely submission of all applicable statutory returns 5 Assisting Compensation & Benefits managers in effective implementation of various projects, MIS, payroll related activities, benefit programmes such as retirements, staff loans, medical advantages like hospitalization & insurances etc. 6 Responsible for recruitment and selection of employees, managing employee relations and resolving workplace issues, preparing and tracking appointment and confirmation letters, handling exit formalities and employee separation processes, and managing all HR-related administrative work efficiently. FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES 1 Technical knowledge in Spine software, including payroll processing, database management, and income tax-related activities. 2 Should have good knowledge of Microsoft Excel 3 Time Management 4 Legal Knowledge (Labour law compliance knowledge) Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.in/job/4n5nda
