- Update customer account information and perform general account maintenance as requested.
- Identify customer needs and maximize opportunities to promote relevant products and services.
- Guide customers to relevant pages on the company website for additional information when appropriate.
- Maintain professionalism, promptness, and politeness while interacting with customers.
- Work efficiently to achieve SLA targets and meet specified quality standards.
- Handle multiple tasks simultaneously while prioritizing effectively and delivering exceptional customer service.
