This individual will work closely with the Board of Directors, government agencies, investors, and other key stakeholders to ensure the company thrives in a dynamic and evolving energy landscape.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement the company’s long‑term strategy aligned with energy market trends and sustainability goals
- Lead the organization in operational efficiency, safety, and regulatory compliance
- Drive growth through innovation in renewable energy, decarbonization, and emerging technologies
- Oversee financial performance, risk management, and capital allocation
- Foster solid stakeholder relationships (government, regulators, investors, community)
- Represent the company at industry forums, media events, and with policymakers
- Promote a culture of accountability, safety, and environmental responsibility

Key Skills and Qualifications

- Proven leadership experience in the energy sector (renewable, oil & gas, utilities, etc.)
- Strong understanding of energy markets, regulations, and global sustainability trends
- Strategic thinking with ability to balance short‑term results and long‑term vision
- Financial acumen and experience managing large budgets and complex projects
- Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) and net‑zero strategies
- Engineering, Energy, Environmental Science, or Business degree preferred; MBA a plus
- Experience – 18+ years
