Head – Specification & Market Development - elitedim2 (Mumbai)

LEAP Info Systems Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a senior professional to lead market development, consultant engagement, and specification-driven business for elitedim2, our DALI-2 lighting controls solution.

elitedim2 enables Niagara-based controllers to function as native DALI-2 lighting controllers, helping projects bring lighting controls, BMS, IoT, and building operations onto a common platform.

This is not a routine sales role.

We are looking for someone who can build awareness, create confidence among consultants and designers, influence project specifications, and develop a robust market presence for elitedim2.

Key focus areas:

• Engage with lighting designers, MEP consultants, electrical consultants, architects, design-and-build companies, system integrators, OEMs, and large end users

• Promote elitedim2 as a credible DALI-2 lighting controls solution for commercial, industrial, institutional, healthcare, hospitality, and smart building projects

• Support specification inclusion, approved-make listing, BOQ inputs, and tender-stage discussions

• Conduct technical presentations and awareness sessions

• Build a strong project pipeline and partner ecosystem

• Work closely with LEAP’s leadership, sales, product, and engineering teams.

Ideal profile:

• 12–20+ years of experience in lighting controls, BMS, building automation, smart buildings, electrical consulting, MEP consulting, or specification sales

• Strong network with consultants, lighting designers, architects, design-build firms, or corporate project teams

• Understanding of DALI / DALI-2, lighting controls, BMS integration, or building automation will be preferred

• Ability to explain technical solutions in a simple and practical way

• Experience in specification-driven business development will be a strong advantage
