Visual Designer — Motion & Content (Mumbai)

About the Role

We're a content strategy and digital marketing agency working across luxury real estate, children's entertainment, sports, and consumer brands. We're looking for a designer who works fast, thinks visually, and doesn't need to be told twice.

This is a full-time, in-office role based in Mumbai.

What You'll Do

- Design static and animated content across Instagram, digital, and print from concept to final file
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted content production — Midjourney, RunwayML, Google Veo, or similar. You should know how to prompt, iterate, and deliver production-ready output, not just experiment.
- Create motion graphics, reels, and short-form video edits for brand and social
- Work across multiple brand identities simultaneously without losing the tone of each
- Deliver polished, production-ready work at speed not just drafts that need three rounds of cleanup
- Collaborate directly with the account team

What We're Looking For

- 3–5 years of experience in a design or creative agency
- Strong motion graphics skills — After Effects is non-negotiable
- Equally comfortable with static design (Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Portfolio that shows range — luxury, lifestyle, and brand work preferred
- Quick. Refined. Low maintenance.
- Someone who takes ownership, not just instructions, checks their own work
- Pushes own boundaries

What Won't Work Here

- Designers who need constant direction
- Portfolio full of loud, cluttered work
- No Canva-first designers — we work in After Effects, Illustrator, and Premiere. If null objects, parenting, and expressions are unfamiliar, this isn't the right fit for you

Compensation

₹60,000 – ₹65,000 per month CTC | Based on experience
