Rates COO, Senior Associate, Fixed Income Division (Mumbai)

Responsibilities

- Assisting with financial analysis (e.g. P&L;, capital, liquidity)
- Completing EMEA and US risk/P&L; sign‑off follow‑up with desk
- Managing system to ensure risk is booked to correct desk/sub‑desk
- Monitoring trader P&L; email, following up with desk for daily P&L; conducting various reconciliations
- Conducting monthly expense analysis
- Preparing relevant packs – monthly, weekly for EMEA and US Sales and Trading
- Managing legal invoice payments

Qualifications

- 4–8 years of industry experience
- Background in financial business performance and planning (P&L;, capital, expenses, etc.)
- Strong quantitative skills and analytical thinking
- Project‑management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to grasp key concepts quickly and own deliverables
- Flexibility and adaptability with multiple priorities working in a team setting
- Strong problem‑solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strategic thinking and leadership capabilities
- Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
