Product Associate (AI Training and Growth) (Mumbai)

Role Overview:

As a Product & Growth Associate at Provue, your primary focus will be building and training AI personas for specific industry verticals
- giving them the right knowledge, tone, and personality to genuinely help users. You will also support growth efforts to expand Provue's reach. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role at an AI startup.

Key Responsiblities:

• Build and train AI personas for your assigned industry verticals, shaping them into credible, helpful

experts people can actually rely on.

• Research industry-specific knowledge, tone, terminology, and user expectations to shape each

persona's voice and expertise.

• Research, curate, and refine the instructions, Q&A; flows, and knowledge bases that power each

persona.

• Run user testing sessions, gather feedback, and continuously improve persona accuracy and

conversational quality.

• Flag knowledge gaps, inconsistencies, or off-brand responses and work with the AI team to fix them.

• Support growth efforts to expand Provue's reach and drive adoption of its personas across target

audiences.

What we are looking for:

• Fresh graduate or final-year student from any stream
- communications, humanities, business, or

tech.

• Excellent written English and a strong sense of tone, voice, and how people naturally communicate.

• Curiosity about AI and genuine interest in how conversational personas are built and trained.

• Detail-oriented and patient
- great persona training requires precision and iteration.

• Self-starter who takes ownership without being told. No prior experience required.
