We’re Hiring | Sr. Associate/Associate/ – External Audit (US GAAP) We are looking for experienced Audit professionals to join a leading global professional services environment in a managerial capacity. Location: Bangalore/ Kochi/ Kolkata Experience: 1.5+ Years Post Qualification Qualification: CA / US CPA Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end external audit engagements for global clients in compliance with applicable auditing and assurance standards
- Drive planning, execution, and completion stages of audits while coordinating with senior stakeholders to achieve engagement milestones
- Review audit procedures, monitor progress, manage budgets, resource allocation, billing, and timelines
- Build strong client relationships and deliver a high-quality client experience throughout engagements
- Research and stay updated on accounting standards, industry trends, and technical developments relevant to client sectors
- Mentor and coach team members, support career development, and foster a collaborative team culture
- Ensure quality audit documentation and adherence to audit methodology and risk management standards
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, operational efficiencies, and innovation in service delivery
