Job Title: Research Associate – CATI Location: Noida About Us Insights Opinion is a global market research and data solutions company delivering high-quality insights through innovative data collection and audience engagement solutions. We specialize in B2B and B2C research, healthcare insights, and technology-driven fieldwork operations for clients across global markets. We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Research Associate – CATI to conduct telephonic surveys, support fieldwork operations, and engage with B2B professionals, healthcare audiences, and other research participants across global studies. Key Responsibilities Conduct telephonic surveys and interviews with B2B professionals, healthcare professionals (HCPs), and target respondents Accurately screen respondents based on project requirements and qualification criteria Follow survey scripts, research guidelines, and quality standards during interviews Maintain accurate records of calls, interview outcomes, and respondent information Support CATI fieldwork operations and assist senior team members with project activities Ensure timely completion of assigned targets and quotas Coordinate with internal teams for project updates and issue resolution Maintain professionalism and effective communication with respondents throughout interviews Report operational or respondent-related issues during ongoing fieldwork Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and research quality standards Required Skills & Qualifications 1–2 years of experience in telephonic surveys, customer interaction, CATI operations, or market research Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable speaking with professional and healthcare audiences over the phone Strong attention to detail and ability to follow research protocols Basic understanding of survey processes and respondent screening Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-oriented environment Basic proficiency in Excel and computer applications Willingness to work flexible shifts based on project requirements Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in B2B or healthcare telephonic surveys is a plus Familiarity with CATI systems or call center operations Experience handling international respondents or global research projects Strong listening and problem-solving abilities Graduate degree preferred What We Offer Competitive salary and performance incentives Opportunity to work on international research projects Flexible and collaborative work environment Growth opportunities opportunities within a rapidly expanding organization Exposure to global market research methodologies and technologies Learning and development opportunities How to Apply Interested candidates can apply directly via LinkedIn or send their CV to with the subject line: Application – Research Associate – CATI Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.in/job/4n6lhi
