Production Manager (Mumbai)

Job Summary The Production Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling production activities to ensure products are manufactured efficiently, on time, within quality standards, and according to safety guidelines. Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage daily production activities.
- Ensure production targets are achieved on time.
- Monitor manpower, machines, and material utilization.
- Maintain product quality as per company standards.
- Reduce production downtime and wastage.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and Dispatch departments.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
- Ensure proper implementation of safety procedures.
- Train and guide production staff and supervisors.
- Handle production-related issues and take corrective actions.
- Improve productivity and process efficiency.
- Monitor machine performance and coordinate maintenance activities. Required Skills:
