Aumnatic partners with major toy manufacturers across India, reflecting its rapid growth and impact in the space. Role Description This is a full time, on-site position based in Navi Mumbai. The role involves overseeing procurement activities, developing effective supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, managing procurement strategies, and ensuring cost-effective and reliable sourcing. The Procurement Manager will also assess supplier capabilities, monitor performance, and handle contract management processes while aligning with organizational goals and compliance requirements. Qualifications
- Proficiency in Supplier Evaluation and ability to assess and onboard reliable suppliers
- Strong skills in Contract Negotiation and managing vendor communication
- Expertise in Procurement processes and practices
- Experience in Contract Management, including drafting, reviewing, and ensuring adherence to terms
- Highly developed Analytical Skills for assessing vendor performance, market trends, and cost optimization
- Proven ability to manage timelines, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree with exposure in procurement or supply Chain Management,
