b Summary
- We are looking for a proactive and analytical skilled to manage Fill Rate (FR) performance, Master Data Accuracy, and Supply Chain Coordination for Modern Trade accounts.
- The role will work closely with Key Account Management (KAM), Category, Replenishment, Logistics, Branch Teams, and Customer Supply Teams to ensure high product availability, seamless order fulfillment, and improved sales performance. Key Responsibilities Fill Rate & Supply Chain Management
- Drive improvement in Fill Rates (FR) across assigned categories and key accounts to maximize product availability and sales.
- Monitor fill rate performance, identify service gaps, and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with Branches, Hubs, Depots, and Logistics teams to resolve supply-related issues.
- Ensure timely stock allocation and replenishment to meet customer requirements. Modern Trade Operations
- Support Key Account Management (KAM) teams in managing Modern Trade (MT) and Cash & Carry (CnC) operations.
- Work closely with Account Replenishment and Category teams to ensure smooth order execution.
- Coordinate with customer supply planners and distribution centers for seamless supply chain operations.
- Manage shipment appointments and align fixed delivery schedules with key accounts. Master Data Management
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of product master data across systems.
- Drive timely resolution of master data issues by coordinating with KAMs, CDMs, and internal/external MDM teams.
- Maintain correct product assortments at customer accounts to ensure accurate purchase order generation. Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Track and report key supply chain and service-level KPIs.
- Analyze data to identify opportunities for process improvements and operational excellence.
- Support forecasting, demand planning, inventory management, and replenishment activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction and supply chain efficiency. Desired Skills & Competencies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of Supply Chain Management, Inventory Planning, and Replenishment Processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, SAP/ERP systems, and data analysis tools.
- Excellent stakeholder management and coordination skills.
- Strong communication, reporting, and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. Qualification & Experience
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
- 3-8 years of experience in Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Sales Operations, Customer Service, Modern Trade Operations, or related functions.
- Experience in FMCG, Consumer Goods, Paints, Building Materials, or similar industries will be preferred. Key Stakeholders Internal
