Event Operations Manager (Mumbai)

About the Role We are looking for a structured, hands-on Business Operations Lead to manage daily operations across procurement, production, inventory, delivery, and event execution. The role requires strong coordination, clear process thinking, and the ability to run seamless day-to- day operations in a quick-paced, creative environment. Key Responsibilities Procurement & Vendor Management
· Source flowers and materials daily; manage vendors and negotiate pricing.
· Ensure consistent quality and track wastage. Inventory & Production Oversight
· Manage stock levels and production planning.
· Coordinate with florists to ensure timely completion of orders. Order Fulfilment & Delivery
· Oversee bouquet, subscription, and event deliveries.
· Manage delivery partners/riders and resolve delivery issues. Operations & Process Improvement
· Build/streamline SOPs for procurement, production, packing, and delivery.
· Track operational KPIs and drive efficiency improvements. Event Support
· Coordinate resources, materials, and timelines for weddings, corporate events, and décor projects.
· Support smooth on-ground execution. Team Management
· Lead florists, packers, and operations staff; manage daily schedules and workflow.
· Train team members on operational standards. Customer Experience
· Support resolution of order issues and maintain service quality.
· Coordinate closely with customer-service and design teams. Pay: ₹700,000.00
