Role Description We are hiring a full-time Customer Success Representative to provide exceptional support to our clients, ensuring they achieve maximum value from our products and services. Based on-site at our Gorakhpur location, you will be the first point of contact for queries, assist customers with onboarding, resolve issues promptly, and foster long-term relationships. You will proactively identify opportunities to improve client experiences, provide tailored solutions, and collaborate with internal teams for seamless service delivery. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service excellence Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills to effectively address customer concerns Knowledge of fintech products, income tax, and payroll processes is highly advantageous Ability to build and maintain client relationships, fostering trust and collaboration Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools and software Detail-oriented mindset for accurately addressing customer needs and resolving issues Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience in customer success or client relations Interest in finance, compliance, and technology-driven solutions is a solid plus Commitment to working on-site in Gorakhpur Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.in/job/4n6wvw
