Hiring for a leading Travel Company: Job Title: CEO – Holidays Vertical Location: Mumbai Job Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to lead the Holidays Vertical for our travel company. The candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, developing holiday products, managing operations, increasing revenue, and leading strategic initiatives for domestic and international holiday packages. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the complete Holidays Vertical business operations.
- Develop and execute growth strategies for domestic and international holiday packages.
- Drive sales, profitability, and market expansion initiatives.
- Build strong relationships with travel partners, airlines, hotels, DMCs, and vendors.
- Monitor market trends and create competitive travel products.
- Manage P&L; responsibilities and achieve revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and build high-performing sales and operations teams.
- Ensure exceptional customer experience and service delivery.
- Develop marketing and promotional strategies in coordination with the marketing team.
- Identify current business opportunities, partnerships, and expansion avenues. Candidate Requirements:
- Proven leadership experience in the travel and tourism industry.
- Strong understanding of holiday packaging, destination management, and travel operations.
- Experience in business development, sales strategy, and team management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Strong network within the travel ecosystem preferred.
- Ability to drive business growth and operational excellence. Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Travel, Tourism, Business Administration, or related field.
- 8–15 years of relevant experience in the travel industry with leadership exposure. Pay: ₹6,000,000.00
- ₹7,000,000.00 per year Experience:
- Total: 10 years (Preferred)
- Leadership: 5 years (Preferred)
