Job Description – Finance Teacher (School Outreach Program) Position: Finance Teacher (Grades 3rd to 10th) Location: Multiple Schools (travel may be required) Employment Type: Full-time About the Role We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Finance Teacher to deliver engaging and age-appropriate financial literacy sessions to school students from Grade 3rd to Grade 10th. The content, lesson plans, activities and teaching material will be provided by our organization. The teacher’s role is to effectively conduct sessions in schools, make the learning interactive and ensure that students understand and apply key financial concepts. Key Responsibilities  Conduct financial literacy sessions in schools (Grades 3rd to 10th) using our prepared curriculum, presentations, activities and games.  Adapt teaching style to different age groups and ensure concepts are explained in a simple, engaging manner.  Use interactive methods such as quizzes, role plays, stories and group discussions to make sessions impactful.  Manage classroom engagement and maintain discipline while fostering a positive learning workplace.  Collect feedback from students and share insights with the program team.  Support in conducting financial literacy events, workshops and assessments in schools.  Represent the organization professionally while interacting with school authorities, teachers and parents. Requirements  Bachelor’s degree in Education, Commerce, Finance, Economics or related field (Master’s degree preferred).  Prior teaching experience in schools or training experience with children will be preferred.  Freshers can also apply.  Strong communication and presentation skills in English, Hindi and regional language.  Passion for teaching and making complex topics simple for young learners.  Ability to travel to different schools as per program schedule.  Energetic, approachable and patient personality with a student-first mindset.
