Excellent English communication (Mandate) Customer service experience specifically insurance, would be preferred Relevant experience with UK insurance (Retirements, Pensions, Life) domain is an added advantage Ability to provide Customer Service to existing customers through email Should follow various communication scripts/canned responses/email templates when communicating to the customers Ability to handle a high volume of emails with varying degrees of questions or concerns Should be open to working in rotational UK shifts as business requirements Availability of an immediate joiner would significantly support the requirement **Ex TCS Employees can't apply** PAN and DOB are required for profile creation.
